When will my order arrive?

We usually process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days across Australia, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on the way.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you can’t find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out and we’ll resend it for you.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?

Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch. This is normal while the courier processes your parcel.

Rest assured, your order is on its way and will update once scanned.

I ordered multiple items but only received one?

Some items may ship separately depending on stock and warehouse location.

If your full order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t stress, the rest is still on the way!

My order is taking longer than expected

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it.

Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but we’re always happy to help with returns.

I entered the wrong address

Please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update it. Otherwise, we may not be able to make changes.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo at support@thegoodhabit.com.au, and we will organise a replacement or refund straight away.
