Our Money Back Guarantee lasts 90 days from the date you receive your order.

If you change your mind within 90 days of receiving your item, you are entitled to request a refund.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind refund:

  • The item must remain in good physical condition
  • The item must not be damaged, misused, or altered
  • You must contact us within 90 days of delivery
  • If we request that the item be returned, customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs for change-of-mind returns
  • The item must be received back at our warehouse and a valid postage receipt must be provided before a refund is issued
  • A reasonable restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns to cover handling, inspection, repackaging, and processing costs

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

There is no strict time limit under Australian Consumer Law for faulty products. However, we ask that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photo or video evidence of the fault before approving a refund or replacement.

If we request that a faulty item be returned, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Restocking fees will not apply to products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds Are Not Applicable If:

  • More than 90 days have passed and the product is not faulty
  • You change your mind after 90 days
  • The order was placed by mistake and reported after 90 days

Product Care

Our products must be used with care. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or exposure to substances or liquids outside intended use will not be eligible for refund beyond the 90-day change-of-mind period.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for funds to appear in your account. International refunds may take longer depending on your banking institution.
