As a massage therapist that also performs Gua Sha treatments, I have used many types of tools. I was skeptical about the rollers, as most tools that have moving balls tend to squeak while rolling unless oiled more frequently that usual. So far, this tool has been better for me in that aspect than others. It is a little awkward to use with my large hands. But, once you find out how to hold it, it's not a problem. I don't use the rollers as often as the curved areas, but it is nice to have them integrated and ready with out having to grab a different tool.

I love it! It comes with its charger and features built-in vibration and massage functions. It’s waterproof and provides a deep clean; you can exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin cells, leaving it soft and clean. I absolutely love it.

The item was delivered in a simple white box, the roller was nicely placed in it, and there is also a drawstring pouch for storage. It has two rollers on one end, and the guasha tool at the other end. The rollers are tilted like antennas of snail, they look pretty cute. Once I started using it on my face, I realized how clever this design was. It slightly squeezes my chin and skins together, which I feel more effective than a single roller or rollers along the same direction. The guasha tool is smooth and working well. The entire product seems to be high quality, since it's all metal I think it will last forever even I drop it I don't see any damage. I also like the storage pouch, it can also be used to wipe the roller clean. Love this product, good deal for the price!

I used the facial cleanser for the first time and the vibration is good. The warming end feels so good on the skin and is definitely a plus. I like that it’s silicone and easy to use. I look forward to using this daily.

I bought this for my wife to use for her own cosmetic reasons. She loves it! I have to admit that I also am a little fond of it.The roller feels quality made and durable. The shape is comfortable in one's hand and the roller balls work wonderfully. At first, I was curious why the funny pattern on the rollers. After my wife demonstrated it on herself, and me, it made a lot more sense. With the rollers not being smooth, they better grab one's skin to press it together as its roll across. Supposably, it's very good for lymphatic drainage. There's also a "paddle" and that can be used for the same purpose but my wife hasn't yet mastered that.She also used it on the bottom of her feet, which quite often she wants me to massage. She couldn't believe how good it felt!I give this thing 5 stars because my wife gives it 5 stars. There's nothing wrong with it and it works as promised.

It may not be clear from the picture but the balls on the end of this roller actually roll unlike cheaper models where the balls are fixed and you just have to slide it over your skin. They spend very smoothly and are great for applying pressure to the face and neck.

The roller arrived very well packaged (gift-worthy) with a storage bag included. The tool has a pleasant weight to it and is attractive. It looks like a well made tool. The big surprise for me was how relaxing the rollers are when I use them on my neck and face. The Gua Sha side works as expected. The tool is comfortable to hold. Basic instructions are provided. I'd appreciate more detail as I'm not certain my technique for Gua Sha is correct but it seems these days the assumption is one will watch a YouTube video or two for explicit instructions.I think this tool is worth the price for the relaxing massage effect from the rollers. The Gua Sha is a bonus.

I like that a heating option is provided at the metal base of the device. Also I like that it vibrates and is wireless/recharging. The battery seems to last which is a plus that we don’t have to keep replacing it with batteries instead.The only think I find a little disturbing is how hard it vibrates lol. The little silicone bristles are super soft and doesn’t hurt my skin but the vibration is a little harsh and kind rattles my brain if I press it into my skin too much. Just don’t give yourself a headache lol.I like that the device is also waterproof

This is a pretry nice massager. I have another face massager that I always forget to charge and therefore I bearly use. So, I’m liking this one much more for the fact that it doesn’t need to be charged. I like that it is a 2 in one tool.1- The Y-shaped roller is rotatable which allous to contour the face. I don’t feel a pro yet so I need to practice a bit more with the way I move it around face. It doesn’t come with instructions but I believe it would be very helpful to include for people that want to use it the correct way to get the most of its benefits . For example I would like to reduce the dark circles around the eyes and I think that the way of moving it and the timing is important. Unfortunately there are no instructions at all.2- The Gua Sha tool incorporated is smooth and feels lovely on the skin whe I apply my moisturizer. It’s relaxing and soothing at the same time.I love the quality, it’s made of heavy metal ( but smal at the same time, so it’s easy to handle) and the smooth surface makes it easy to clean with just a quick rinse.Overall Impression:Since I’ve been using this tool daily ( about twoo weeks) I think my skin feels more firm. It might be just an impression bc I’m enjoying it). However you’re looking for a facial massage tool that’s versatile, high-quality this facial massager is definitely worth considering!

I have horrible puffiness under my eyes and this has been a lifesaver. I use it every morning on speed 2 and the difference is incredible. My dark circles aren’t as bad either. 10/10

I have super sensitive skin and was worried this would irritate it but it’s so gentle! I use it on the lowest speed and my skin looks amazing without any redness or irritation. Love it!

Okay so I’ve been getting facials for years and this thing literally gives me the same results at home. The lymphatic drainage is no joke - my face feels lighter and tighter after every use. I’m never going back to monthly spa appointments lol

I’ve tried so many face tools - jade rollers, gua sha, you name it. This is the ONLY one that’s given me real results. My face is visibly lifted and my skin texture is smoother. Can’t recommend enough.

This brush is Amazon! It cleans on the sides of the nose just fine. The target areas I had issues with which are my nose and chin, it cleanse the pores so well and gave my skinny looking and feeling smooth and shinny. And it lasts for at least 3-4 days. I’m in love
